- Health and Safety: There are significan hazards so you will need to work safely and follow processes to the letter.

- Safety Training: We will pay for Site-safe and/or construct safe courses.
- Machine Operating tickets: If required, we will pay for WTR tickets up front (you will need to reimburse us weekly).
- Apprenticeships: We can facilitate formal apprentice training so you gain recognised qualifications.
