Checkpoint Processor
We’re currently seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our client as a Checkpoint Processor in Dunedin Central. This is a great entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the logistics and export industry, with full training provided.
Location: Dunedin Central, Dunedin
Start date: Immediate start available
Pay rate: $26 per hour (paid weekly)
In this role, you’ll be working in a busy checkpoint facility where logs are processed and prepared for export. You’ll play a key part in ensuring each log is accurately measured, scanned, and recorded into the system for tracking.

- Measuring and scanning logs using specialised equipment
- Barcoding and tracking logs for export
- Accurate data entry and record keeping
- Communicating with truck drivers and team members
- Working outdoors in an active industrial environment
- Entry-level applicants welcome – full training provided
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using technology and scanning equipment
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work long hours (approx. 10-hour shifts, hours may vary)
- Minimum Restricted Licence required
- Full Class 1 Licence preferred
- Weekly pay
- Potential for ongoing work
- On-site parking available (shared business area, may vary)
