Carpenter

We are currently seeking dedicated and hardworking Carpenters to join our dynamic team.
As a Carpenter, you will play a vital role in supporting our construction projects and contributing to the successful completion of various civil engineering tasks.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about building and maintaining infrastructure and enjoy working outdoors.

We have a well respected client who is tasked with Bridge Building Project in the Gisbourne region.

Responsibilities:

• form-work, lay building foundations, prepare boxing/shuttering framing for cement, mix and pour cement
• Assist to erect scaffolding and ladders for assembling structures above ground level and may be required to work at heights e.g. elevated work platforms, roofs, ladders, scaffolds etc.
• Maintain and operate safely a wide range of carpentry tools and equipment.  
• Work around plant and heavy machinery
• Complete all activities in a safe and efficient way

You need:
- Appropriate Trade Qualifications, or a highly skilled Hammerhand
- Reliable transport and solid communication
- Pass a pre-employment DT
- NZ/AUS or valid work visa
