Key Requirements:
- Full License and reliable transport.
- LCQ (Liquor Control Qualification) certification.
- Manager Certificate
- Proven experience as a manager in a café or events setting.
- Strong skills in rostering and staff management.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee Events: Manage mini conferences and various functions, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Café Management: Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Staff Leadership: Lead and train staff in customer service excellence, rostering, and handling complaints.
- Conference Room Management: Ensure all technical and setup needs for the mini conference room are met.
- Catering Coordination: Work with catering services to delight our guests with delicious offerings.
- Runsheet Development: Create detailed runsheets and collaborate with the kitchen team for smooth event execution.
