• Strong skills in rostering and staff management.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee Events: Manage mini conferences and various functions, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Café Management: Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Staff Leadership: Lead and train staff in customer service excellence, rostering, and handling complaints.
• Conference Room Management: Ensure all technical and setup needs for the mini conference room are met.
• Catering Coordination: Work with catering services to delight our guests with delicious offerings.
• Runsheet Development: Create detailed runsheets and collaborate with the kitchen team for smooth event execution.
