We're looking for skilled Boatbuilders / Shipwrights to join our team and contribute to our legacy of excellence on our clients next project.

As a Boatbuilder / Shipwright, you will be working with a skilled team to build and maintain custom boats and vessels. You will be responsible for shaping and assembling materials, performing restorations, and ensuring that each project is completed to the highest standards of safety, performance, and craftsmanship. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about boatbuilding and wants to work on and exciting project.

Key Responsibilities
Build and assemble wooden, fiberglass, or composite boats from the ground up, ensuring precision and quality at every step.
Perform hull repairs, restorations, and refits on a variety of vessels, including classic wooden boats and modern yachts.
Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.
Work with a variety of materials, including timber, fiberglass, epoxy resins, and metals.
Install and maintain boat components.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure timelines are met.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience as a boatbuilder, shipwright, or in a similar role.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Solid understanding of boat design, structural integrity, and marine safety standards.
Excellent communication.
