Experienced Asphalters wanted: 
We’re looking for experienced Asphalters to join a busy roading crew working across Hamilton and the surrounding areas. This is hands-on work suited to reliable workers who know their way around asphalt and are comfortable with long hours on active sites.

Details:
Location: Hamilton and surrounding areas
Start date: Immediate start available
Pay rate: $26–32 per hour (paid weekly, depending on experience)

What you’ll be doing:

• Assisting the asphalt crew during road surfacing and repair works
• Shovelling, raking, and spreading hot asphalt
• Operating basic hand tools and small plant (lutes, rakes, compactors, plates)
• Cleaning and preparing work sites, including sweeping and debris removal
• Assisting with kerb, channel, footpath, and pothole repairs
• Spotting machinery and maintaining safe work zones
• General labouring duties as required on site

What we’re looking for:

• Proven asphalt or roading experience (essential)
• Class 1 or Class 2 driver licence
• Physically fit and able to handle long hours
• Strong awareness of site safety and teamwork
