Office Administrator
We’re on the hunt for an experienced Office Administrator to join a busy team in Napier. This varied role is perfect for someone who’s confident juggling admin, customer contact, and light sales support — no two days will be the same!
Location: Hawke’s Bay
Start date: Immediate start available
Pay rate: $26–30 per hour depending on experience (paid weekly)
In this role, you'll:
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and direct enquiries professionally
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff
  • Communicate with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments
  • Manage calendars, book meetings, and handle travel arrangements
  • Organise documents, maintain records, and update databases
  • Prepare reports, letters, and presentations
  • Take accurate meeting minutes
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Track expenses and assist with basic invoicing and budgets
  • Support the sales process with customer service and admin follow-up
To succeed, you'll need:
  • Previous admin and sales support experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • CRM or database management experience
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • A confident phone manner and the ability to support sales conversations
