In this role, you'll:
- Handle phone calls, emails, and direct enquiries professionally
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff
- Communicate with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments
- Manage calendars, book meetings, and handle travel arrangements
- Organise documents, maintain records, and update databases
- Prepare reports, letters, and presentations
- Take accurate meeting minutes
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Track expenses and assist with basic invoicing and budgets
- Support the sales process with customer service and admin follow-up
- Previous admin and sales support experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- CRM or database management experience
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- A confident phone manner and the ability to support sales conversations
