Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable

Tradestaff Tauranga are looking for a Accounts Receivable and Payable person to join our our client in the Mount Maunganui area. 
You will need proven experience in a high-paced office environment. Reporting directly to the General manager. 

This role is for 2-3 months, depending on business requirements. 

Day-to-day you’ll be responsible for:

• Allocate PO's, process invoices through system and preparing payments. 
• Reconciling statements, collecting payments from customers, resolving discrepancies. 
• Maintaining organised financial documentation

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• Proven AP/AR experience in a busy office setting
• Clear, confident communication skills
• Solid computer literacy and attention to detail
