Qualification in administration management &/or logistics is preferable but not needed for the right canidate

Requirements:

  • • At least 2 years’ experience in an administration role
  • • Current / full driver licence with Full Class 1 motor vehicle licence (must be maintained as current) 
  • • Experience in financial administration preferable
  • • Experience in the Port related sector is preferred but not essential
  • • Proven experience & comfort working to deadlines & adapt to changing conditions
  • • High level of computer key board & programme (word & excel) skills
  • • Project coordination & leadership ideal
  • • Understanding of NZ Health & Safety requirements Personal Attributes & Motivations
