How do I go about applying for a job?

Applying for a job with Tradestaff is easy - in fact, you can do it right now.

All you need to do is select the location, job type and classification, then click search. Throw in a keyword if you are looking for something specific, and we'll show you a massive range of jobs wherever you are looking for work throughout New Zealand.

What happens once I've got a job?

Once you've been placed into work, we don't just throw you in the deep end and leave you behind. In fact, it’s quite the opposite.

We will guide you through a health and safety induction course and suit you up with whatever personal protective equipment (PPE) the job may require. All you have to do is make sure you show up on time to the right place with the right attitude- no worries at all.

Our recruitment consultants will keep in touch, visiting you on site to make sure that you have the best experience possible. Tradestaff is dedicated to the health and wellbeing of all our workers and will do everything we can to make sure you stay safe on site and are successful in your work.

What will I be paid and who will pay me?

We will agree a pay rate with you prior to you starting on any job; our consultants will make sure you get paid an appropriate rate of pay for each job you are placed onto.
