We’re looking for a reliable Waterproofing Technician to join a busy team in Dunedin. If you’ve got solid construction experience, a strong work ethic and take pride in quality workmanship, we want to hear from you.
Location: Central Dunedin, Dunedin
Start date: Immediate
Pay rate: $28–$35 per hour depending on experience, paid weekly

- Applying waterproofing systems to roofs, floors, pools and other areas
- Preparing surfaces to ensure correct material adhesion
- Inspecting and troubleshooting existing waterproofing systems
- Carrying out waterproofing repairs
- Working safely and efficiently on site
- Looking after tools and equipment
- Communicating with clients and other team members to deliver quality work
- 3+ years’ experience working in construction
- Waterproofing experience and knowledge of waterproofing systems
- Waterproofing certification is an advantage but not essential
- Full NZ driver licence and reliable transport
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying conditions
- Strong work ethic and proactive attitude
- Good communication skills
- Strong commitment to health and safety
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
