Tradestaff Tauranga is looking for an experienced Qualified Waterproofer to join an established team working across a range of commercial and residential projects in the Tauranga area.

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows their trade, takes pride in delivering a quality finish and can work confidently both independently and as part of a wider team.

Location: Tauranga, Bay of Plenty
Start date: Immediate start
Pay rate: $35-$40 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

What you'll be doing

• Completing waterproofing work across residential and commercial projects
• Preparing surfaces and applying waterproofing systems
• Waterproofing bathrooms, wet areas, balconies and other areas
• Carrying out repairs and remedial waterproofing work
• Reading plans and following project specifications
• Maintaining high-quality workmanship and site safety standards

What we're looking for

• Qualified and experienced waterproofer
• Proven residential and/or commercial waterproofing experience
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, professional and hardworking
• Own tools and reliable transport preferred
