Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 4:30pm

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and supporting a team of approximately 5 warehouse staff
- Coordinating daily workflow, dispatch, and deliveries
- Maintaining accurate stock control and warehouse organisation
- Ensuring health & safety standards are met and followed
- Driving team productivity and creating an efficient work environment
- Jumping in where needed with a hands-on approach
- Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role
- Minimum 3+ years leadership experience within warehousing
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Good organisational ability and attention to detail
- Reliable, proactive, and motivated attitude
- Experience within paint or similar industries is an advantage, but not essential
- Immediate start with consistent full-time hours
