RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Team Leadership: Manage and inspire your team to ensure projects are completed on time and to high standards.
• Planning and Communication: Review site/job plans, identify potential issues and report progress to the Project Manager
• Accuracy and Fabrication: Measure all areas including flashings and handle fabrication of trays, tops, bottoms and other components
• Installation: Set out and install roofing and cladding profiles, ensuring everuthign is true, square and to specification
• Material Handling: Choose the right materials, fasten seams and fabricate custom parts as needed
• Quality and Safety: Inspect installations, maintain a clean site and uphold health and safety standards
• Client Interaction: Liaise with clients and builders to ensure their needs are met

• Experience: Proven track record in roofing and cladding with strong leadership skills
