- Have either a current TC level 1 or STMS Qualification
- Are committed to high standards of health and safety in the workplace
- Can provide 2 workplace references
- Have reliable transport and a current drivers licence
- Be willing able to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Have a great attitude and are prepared to work hard
