About the Role: You’ll be assisting skilled tradespeople with the installation of solar infrastructure on utility-scale solar farms. This is hands-on outdoor work suited to physically fit, motivated workers who enjoy working as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with mounting and installing solar panels
- Supporting electricians and mechanical installers
- Using hand and power tools
- General site labouring and material handling
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
- Previous construction, labouring, or trade assistant experience preferred
- Confident using basic hand and power tools
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
- Reliable transport to Dannevirke
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Site Safe (preferred but not essential)
- a clear polioce check
- Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug testing
- Competitive hourly rates
- Ongoing project work
