You’ll be joining a well-established engineering workshop in East Tamaki, producing high-spec components for major infrastructure projects across New Zealand and the Pacific.
This is hands-on, detailed work — not repetitive production welding — where your craftsmanship genuinely matters.

- Cutting, grinding, and carrying out general fabrication tasks
- Reading and interpreting detailed engineering drawings
- Maintaining a high level of finish and workmanship
- Working closely with a skilled workshop team to meet deadlines
- Ensuring all work meets strict safety and quality standards
- Proven TIG welding experience (stainless steel is essential)
- Level 4 Welding Certificate and relevant welding tickets
- Strong ability to read and work from technical drawings
- High attention to detail and pride in your work
- Solid workshop fabrication experience
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
