Storesperson + Factory worker

Tradestaff have a couple of exciting opportunities with one of our Petone based warehouse clients for immediate starts.

The first role is a permanent opportunity with the client and the only pre-requisite for this would be prior experience in a storeperson role and having a valid forklift ticket. 

The second role would be initially in a temporary capacity but has the potential to move into a permanent option for the right candidate.

Both roles are similar, with the bulk of each role covering the following responsibilities - do some pick packing, deal with customers, be involved with daily inbound/outbound dispatch and help cut steel pipe. The permanent position would include those responsibilities plus moving things around the warehouse using a forklift.

The ideal Candidate:

• Good attitude
• Forklift ticket would be advantageous
• Reliability
• Transport would be beneficial but we try our best to get you work close to home
• 2 references
