Storman / Yard Hand

We’re looking for a motivated Storman / Yard Hand to join our Mt Wellington team.
This hands-on role provides general support across the depot workshop and stores, keeping stock, materials, and equipment organised and ready for projects.
If you’re physically fit, reliable, and enjoy working as part of a team, this is the role for you.

Location: Mt Wellington, South Auckland
Start date: Immediate
Pay rate: $30–$32 per hour (weekly pay, depending on experience)

What you’ll be doing:

• Performing stock takes and replenishing inventory in the filter store
• Sorting electrical equipment, filters, cables, and other power products
• Loading and unloading trucks and materials
• Delivering goods to project sites as required
• Preparing and cleaning equipment, including generators
• Assisting Service Technicians and supporting the team as needed

What we’re looking for:

• Basic IT skills for stock management systems
• Experience using warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (advantageous)
• Physically fit for lifting, loading, and moving items for long periods
• Good communication skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to follow instructions, maintain a tidy workspace, and adhere to QHSE procedures
