This is a great opportunity to join a skilled, supportive team installing EPS and PIR insulated panels across Canterbury and New Zealand. For the right person, this role offers long-term opportunities, ongoing development, and the chance to build a solid career in a growing industry.

Location: North Canterbury, Canterbury
Start date: Immediate start available
Pay rate: $32–$35 per hour | Overtime rates available

What You’ll Be Doing

• Installing EPS and PIR insulated panels on a range of commercial and industrial construction projects
• Assisting with the safe unloading, lifting, positioning, and securing of insulated panels on site
• Working alongside experienced installers and Foremen to deliver high-quality finishes
• Reading site plans and following installation instructions accurately
• Using a variety of hand and power tools confidently and safely
• Completing flashing, sealing, and finishing work as required
• Maintaining clean, organised, and safe work areas at all times
• Travelling to project sites across Canterbury and wider New Zealand when required
• Working both indoors and outdoors in a variety of conditions
• Contributing to a positive team culture and helping keep projects running on schedule
• Following all site health & safety procedures and company standards
• Continuously learning new skills and developing your experience within the insulated panel industry

What We’re Looking For

• Previous construction or trades experience preferred
• Full Class 1 Driver’s Licence
• Strong work ethic and commitment to health & safety
• Physically fit and comfortable working indoors and outdoors
• Reliable, motivated, and able to work well within a team
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn
• Positive attitude with pride in your workmanship
