Skilled Labourer – Sheet Metal Experience
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Skilled Labourer with sheet metal experience to join a busy team in a fast-paced metal processing environment.
This role would suit someone who is practical, physically capable, and comfortable working around machinery and sheet metal. You’ll need to work at a good pace while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Skilled Labourer with sheet metal experience to join a busy team in a fast-paced metal processing environment.
This role would suit someone who is practical, physically capable, and comfortable working around machinery and sheet metal. You’ll need to work at a good pace while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous sheet metal or metal fabrication experience
- Experience working in a workshop, engineering, manufacturing, or similar environment
- Gantry crane experience would be a bonus
- Good attention to detail and able to follow measurements and instructions accurately
- Able to maintain a good work pace throughout the day
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Strong health and safety awareness
- Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
- Current driver licence
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Able to pass a Ministry of Justice (MOJ) criminal history check
- Handling and moving sheet metal
- Assisting with metal cutting and processing
- Loading and unloading materials
- Measuring and checking finished products
- General workshop and skilled labouring duties
- Keeping work areas clean and organised
- Working alongside machine operators and other workshop staff
- Using gantry cranes where required and if suitably experienced
