Skilled Labourer Hammerhands & Skilled Site Workers Wanted – Hawke’s Bay Tradestaff

Hawke’s Bay is looking for experienced hammerhands and skilled site workers ready to get stuck into demanding residential, commercial, and civil projects across the region.

We’re after workers who know the pace of a busy site, can read the job in front of them, and take pride in producing solid work from the ground up.
If you’re confident on the tools, physically fit, and can handle long days alongside hardworking crews, we want to hear from you.

Location: Hawke’s Bay
Start date: Immediate start
Pay rate: $28–$30 per hour | Weekly pay

What You’ll Be Doing

• Framing, fixing, bracing, and formwork support
• Assisting with fit-outs, cladding, and finishing work
• Measuring, cutting, and installing building materials
• Heavy lifting and keeping projects moving on schedule
• Working alongside builders, operators, and site crews
• Using hand and power tools confidently and safely

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hammerhand or construction site experience
• Confident using tools and reading site instructions
• Reliable workers with solid work ethic and attitude
• Ability to work hard and keep pace on busy sites
• Experience across residential, commercial, or civil work
• Driver’s licence and reliable transport preferred
• Site Safe passport and WTR endorsements advantageous
