Sealant Applicator
We’re seeking expressions of interest from experienced Sealant Applicators for upcoming commercial projects in Hastings.

Pay rate: $28–$32 per hour (paid weekly)
What you’ll be doing:
- Applying sealants and caulking on large-scale commercial construction sites
- Working on expansion joints, precast panels, glazing, and exterior cladding
- Preparing surfaces including cleaning, masking, and removing old sealant
- Using a range of products including silicone and polyurethane sealants
- Delivering clean, high-quality finishes with strong attention to detail
- Following site plans and instructions where required
- Maintaining tools and keeping work areas safe and tidy
- Collaborating with other trades on active construction sites
- Proven experience in commercial sealant application (this is essential)
- Ability to work unsupervised and manage your own workload
- Clean police record
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Strong work ethic and pride in quality workmanship
