The RolesWe have openings for various skill levels, including:
- Hammerhands: You’ve got the tools and the talent. You’ll be assisting qualified builders with framing, cladding, and finishing work. Accuracy and speed are your middle names.
- Journeymen / Experienced Trades: You know the site like the back of your hand. We need people capable of working independently and leading smaller teams to ensure quality standards are met.
- Skilled Labourers: You aren't afraid of the heavy lifting. You have experience with power tools, site prep, and supporting the specialist trades to keep the workflow moving.
- Competitive Pay: Rates based on your experience and the tools you bring to the table.
- Local Projects: Work right here in Rotorua—less time commuting, more time enjoying the Bay of Plenty.
- Consistency: Long-term contracts and steady hours available for the right candidates.

- Experience: Proven history in the building and construction industry.

- Transportation: A valid driver’s license and a reliable way to get to various sites around town.
- Communication: Fluent English and the ability to follow complex site instructions.
- Tools: Ideally, you have your own basic tool kit (especially for Hammerhand and Journeymen roles).
- The Basics: A current Site Safe passport is a massive bonus (but we can help you get sorted if needed).
