We are on the lookout for precision Builders with installing expereince. The Opportunity Are you a builder who excels at layout, leveling, and flawless assembly? We are looking for a skilled, hands-on professional in Whakatāne to lead the on-site installation of high-end, architectural aluminium/ steel modular structures.
This role is perfect for a builder or structural installer who loves working outdoors, takes pride in clean lines, and enjoys the satisfaction of transforming a property's exterior layout with sleek, modern features.
What You’ll Be DoingIn this role, you will be responsible for the precise setup and structural anchoring of premium aluminium products. Your daily focus will include:

• Setting Out & Alignment: Measuring, leveling, and establishing perfect runs across varying terrains to prepare for structural placement.
• Securing & Anchoring: Inground digging, concreting, and securely mounting upright aluminium posts and modular panels into a variety of ground types and surfaces.
• Precision Assembly: Using standard site power tools to cut, adjust, and flawlessly assemble modular components on site.
• Handover Perfection: Ensuring all runs are perfectly straight, plumb, secure, and visually immaculate.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong Installation Background: Proven experience in building, structural landscaping, or commercial installations where levels, plumb lines, and solid anchoring are critical.
• Tool Competency: Highly confident using standard site hand and power tools for precise onsite adjustments.
• Physical Fitness & Drive: You enjoy active outdoor work, getting stuck into ground prep, and handling premium materials.
• Eye for Detail: You notice when something is even a millimetre off and take the time to make it perfect.
• The Essentials: Valid driver’s licence, reliable transport, and a commitment to keeping a safe site.
