Pay rate: $32.00–$38.00 per hour, depending on experience
The Role: You'll be working on a range of residential and commercial construction projects, carrying out all aspects of scaffolding work while maintaining the highest safety standards.
This is a physically demanding role offering variety, great team environments, and the opportunity to work with established construction companies throughout Hawke's Bay.

Key Responsibilities
- Erect, alter, and dismantle scaffolding on residential and commercial sites.
- Read and interpret scaffold plans and follow site instructions.
- Load, unload, and transport scaffolding components safely.
- Inspect scaffolding and complete safety checks before use.
- Work alongside builders and other trades to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe worksite.
- Follow all company and site Health & Safety procedures.
- Previous scaffolding experience.
- Current Working at Heights (WAH) qualification.
- Strong commitment to Health & Safety.
- Clean Ministry of Justice (MOJ) record.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Full Class 1 driver's licence is advantageous.
- Weekly pay with reliable wages paid directly into your account.
- Variety of residential and commercial projects across Hawke's Bay.
- Potential for ongoing work with trusted local construction clients.
