We’re looking for motivated and experienced Rope Access Technicians to join a professional and safety-focused team delivering specialised access solutions across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. Our client works across a variety of industries including construction, telecommunications, utilities, and industrial maintenance, delivering high-quality inspection, maintenance, and installation services. As a Rope Access Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks at height, ensuring all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and professionally.
You will use rope access techniques to complete inspections, maintenance, and installation work across a range of environments while working closely with a skilled team of professionals.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Performing rope access work across commercial and industrial sites
• Assisting with inspections, maintenance, and installations
• Setting up, moving, and monitoring rigging and rope access equipment
• Transporting rubbish and waste materials around site
• Maintaining clean and organised work areas throughout the day
• Following site-specific health & safety procedures and risk management protocols
• Completing pre-starts and safety documentation
• Working collaboratively within a team to complete projects efficiently
• Ensuring all equipment and systems meet compliance standards

Must have:

• IRATA Certification – Level 1, 2, or 3
• Current and valid Site Safe Ticket
• Working at Heights Ticket – essential for all projects
• Strong experience in industrial or commercial rope access maintenance tasks

Additional requirements:

• Previous rope access or working-at-heights experience advantageous
• Physically fit and comfortable working in demanding environments
• Strong communication skills with fluent English
• Good understanding of construction-based health & safety and risk management
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Full Class 1 licence preferred
