Tradestaff's client requires a Receptionist/ administrator for their busy work period, starting in September.
This role is fast paced and varied. You will need a can do attitude, must be able to answer phone calls, deal with inquiry and have an ability to multitask, prioritise work flow and adhere to deadlines while remaining calm and keeping your sense of humour.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Customer Service including reception, telephone enquiries.
  • Computer work using Fury software. Training provided. 
  • Job Management and daily dispatch.
  • Must be a good communicator
  • Have a good understanding of health and safety
  • Working hours are between 9:30am and 2:30pm, Monday to Friday.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following:
  • Good computer and literacy skills.
  • Motivated with a can do Attitude.
  • NZ Driver’s Licence with reliable transport.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional phone manner
  • A great sense of Humour, be a people person. 
  • You may be required to pass a drug and alcohol test for this position.
