Qualified Electricians (Solar)

Join a major renewable energy project and help build a new solar farm in Ruakaka. We're looking for fully qualified New Zealand Electricians to join the team for this exciting project, commencing in approximately 4 weeks. This is a 3–4 month opportunity offering full-time hours on a large-scale renewable energy development.

Location: Ruakaka, Northland
Start date: Approximately 6 weeks
Pay rate: Up to $52 per hour + weekly pay + KiwiSaver

What You'll Be Doing

• Electrical installation work on a large-scale solar farm project
• Installing and connecting renewable energy infrastructure
• Reading and interpreting electrical plans and specifications
• Working safely and efficiently as part of a collaborative site team
• Delivering high-quality workmanship while meeting project deadlines

What You'll Need

• Be a fully qualified New Zealand Electrician
• Hold a current EWRB Electrical Practising License (essential)
• Current EWP (Elevated Work Platform) certification preferred
• Full Class 1 Driver License
• Experience in commercial, industrial, or renewable energy electrical installations (preferred)
• Strong commitment to health and safety
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in an outdoor environment
