Production Operative

What you'll be doing
- Operating production, processing and packaging machinery
- Weighing, measuring and portioning ingredients or finished products while following recipes and production specifications
- Packing, labelling and palletising finished goods
- Completing quality checks and monitoring products for defects, contamination or incorrect packaging
- Maintaining high food hygiene standards, including cleaning and sanitising machinery, equipment and production areas
- Completing basic production and quality documentation while following food safety, HACCP and health and safety procedures
- Carrying out manual handling and working with the production team to meet daily targets
- Previous production or food manufacturing experience is a must
- Reliable and able to work Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and repetitive tasks
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements
- Able to follow production specifications and work instructions accurately
- Strong awareness of quality and workplace safety
- A positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team
