Production Operative
We are currently seeking an experienced Production Operative for an immediate start based near Hamilton Airport. This is a hands-on role working night shift hours within a busy production environment.

Pay rate: $27 per hour + time and a half overtime | 45-50 hours

What you’ll be doing:
- Operating and monitoring production machinery and equipment
- Assembling, packing, labelling, and preparing products for dispatch
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Loading and unloading materials and finished products
- Reporting faults, breakdowns, or safety concerns to supervisors
- Meeting daily production targets and deadlines
- Assisting with stock control and inventory checks when required
- Working collaboratively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production operations
- Valid right to work in New Zealand
- Clean Ministry of Justice record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Reliable transport to and from work
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling
- Flexibility to work night shift hours (3pm – 2am)
- Previous production or manufacturing experience
- Forklift licence is a big advantage
