We are looking for a multi-disciplined Office Assistant to help various departments in a busy, family owned and operated maintenance company.

While initially temporary, this growing company is looking to find the right fit for their friendly administrative team to develop a permanent role. This is a full-time, week-day job in Invercargill.

You'd need some verified experience in the following areas:
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable
  • Reception desk
  • Entering and producing quotes
  • H&S/HR Admin
  • Payroll
All experience will be considered but all experience claimed must have solid references to back it up.
