About the Role

As the Mobile Plant & Workshop Supervisor, you will lead all mobile maintenance and workshop operations to ensure equipment reliability, safety and performance across the site.
You will play a key leadership role in managing maintenance execution, developing personnel capability and ensuring the fleet is maintained to the highest operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor workshop and maintenance personnel

  • Oversee planned, preventative and breakdown maintenance activities

  • Ensure mobile fleet availability and reliability targets are achieved

  • Maintain workshop safety, compliance and operational standards

  • Coordinate contractors, vendors and external service providers

  • Support maintenance planning and scheduling processes

  • Monitor equipment performance and drive continuous improvement

  • Manage parts, inventory and maintenance resources

  • Develop team capability through training and leadership

  • Promote a strong safety-first and reliability-focused culture


About YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Trade qualification in Heavy Diesel, Mechanical or related discipline

  • Strong experience in mining, quarrying, civil or heavy industrial maintenance

  • Proven leadership experience within workshop or maintenance teams

  • Strong understanding of mobile plant reliability and maintenance systems

  • Excellent communication and leadership capability

  • Commitment to safety, performance and operational excellence

  • Current Driver Licence


Desirable

  • Previous Mining Industry Experience

  • Supervisor or leadership training qualifications

  • Experience managing mobile mining fleets

  • Exposure to maintenance planning systems (CMMS or similar)
