Mill Line Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Operate mill line machinery safely and efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Support the wider team to achieve daily production targets.
• Carry out quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.
• Perform basic machinery maintenance and assist with troubleshooting when required.
• Contribute positively to a busy, hands-on team environment.

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing experience is essential.
• Good mechanical aptitude and confidence working around machinery.
• A reliable, hardworking approach.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to handle a physical, fast-paced role.
