Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a small maintenance team and external contractors
- Plan and carry out preventative maintenance programmes
- Diagnose faults and coordinate breakdown repairs
- Improve equipment reliability, productivity, and site safety
- Assist with the design and installation of new equipment and automation projects
- Manage maintenance budgets, purchasing, and contractor relationships
- Ensure all maintenance work meets Health & Safety standards
- Relevant engineering or trade qualification
- Proven maintenance engineering experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Experience leading or mentoring a small team
- Good planning and organisational skills
