PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; use hands to touch, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud as this position is based in the plant. The work is required in the operation of machines which require usage of required PPE including safety glasses, hearing protection, etc. May also result in exposure to outside elements and may require usage of stairs and elevators.

- Operation of other various powered & non powered equipment
Core Insulation
- Operation of vacuum forming machine
- Cutting out cores
- Operation of epoxy coating machine
- Application of various preparation materials & methods
Cold Pour Resin Casting
- Use of Ethanol, Meths, Mould Release and Solvents
- Operation of a variety of powered & non-powered tools
- Understanding and interpretation of technical drawings
- Setting up moulds and cases
- Mixing resins to specific ratios
