Are you an experienced Loader Operator looking for your next opportunity? We're seeking a skilled operator to join a busy team based in Papakura, working in a fast-paced environment where safety, efficiency, and reliability are key.
This is a role for someone who knows their way around a loader and can hit the ground running.

Start date: Immediate Start
Pay rate: $32.00–$35.00 per hour (depending on experience) | Weekly Pay

What You'll Be Doing
- Operating a loader to move and manage aggregate and raw materials
- Loading trucks and maintaining stockpiles
- Feeding plant equipment and supporting production operations
- Conducting daily machine checks and reporting maintenance requirements
- Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment
- Following all site health and safety procedures
- Previous loader operating experience in a concrete plant or quarry environment is essential
- Proven ability to operate loaders safely and efficiently
- Strong understanding of stockpile and material management
- Good awareness of health and safety requirements
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Strong work ethic and a team-focused attitude
- Relevant endorsements and operator competency highly regarded
