Your day-to-day will involve:

• Leading from the Front: Setting the pace on-site and ensuring structural integrity is never compromised.
• Precision Execution: Handling everything from high-end residential framing to intricate finishing work.
• Mentorship: Sharing your "tricks of the trade" with the next generation of apprentices.
• Site Management: Reading complex plans, coordinating with sub-trades, and keeping the workflow as smooth as a planed board.

• Proven Expertise: You’ve put in the years and have the portfolio (and references) to prove it. Trade certification is essential.
• The LBP Advantage: Being a Licensed Building Practitioner is a significant plus.
