Your day-to-day will involve:
- Leading from the Front: Setting the pace on-site and ensuring structural integrity is never compromised.
- Precision Execution: Handling everything from high-end residential framing to intricate finishing work.
- Mentorship: Sharing your "tricks of the trade" with the next generation of apprentices.

- Proven Expertise: You’ve put in the years and have the portfolio (and references) to prove it. Trade certification is essential.
- The LBP Advantage: Being a Licensed Building Practitioner is a significant plus.
- Professionalism: You own your kit, you have a reliable set of wheels, and you show up ready to solve problems, not just report them.
- The Rotorua Spirit: You’re someone who values the local community and takes pride in building the structures that define our skyline.
- Competitive Compensation: We value the "Journeyman" status. You’ll be rewarded with a top-tier hourly rate that reflects your experience.
