Tradestaff is looking for an experienced Joiner to work with reputable Christchurch clients across workshop and onsite environments. If you’re confident producing quality joinery from plans through to finished pieces and take pride in accurate workmanship, we want to hear from you.
Location: Christchurch
Start date: Immediate
Pay rate: $32–$35 per hour depending on experience + weekly pay

Start date: Immediate
Pay rate: $32–$35 per hour depending on experience + weekly pay
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manufacture and assemble quality joinery components
- Measure, cut, shape, sand and finish timber and other materials
- Read and work accurately from plans and specifications
- Operate woodworking machinery, hand tools and power tools
- Complete detailed workshop-based joinery
- Assist with onsite installations when required
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and site safety
- Proven joinery experience or a relevant trade qualification
- Strong practical joinery and woodworking skills
- Confidence reading plans and producing accurate work
- Experience using woodworking machinery and power tools
- Full NZ Driver Licence and reliable transport
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Potential for ongoing work
- Variety across workshop and onsite joinery
- Work with reputable Christchurch clients
