We're looking for a motivated Safety Net Installer to work across a variety of commercial construction projects in Hamilton. Location: Central, Hamilton
Start date: Immediate
Pay rate: $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience (weekly pay)
About the Role As a Safety Net Installer, you'll play an important role in creating safe working environments on construction sites. You'll install, inspect, and remove temporary safety net systems across a variety of commercial and residential projects. You'll work both independently and alongside experienced team members to ensure every installation meets the highest safety standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Install and remove safety net systems on construction sites
• Ensure safety nets are fitted securely and meet site requirements
• Inspect safety nets and equipment for damage before and after use
• Work safely at heights using the correct fall protection equipment
• Safely use hand tools and installation equipment
• Follow all site safety procedures and company standards
• Work both independently and as part of a team across a variety of construction projects

What We're Looking For

• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors and at heights
• A strong commitment to health and safety
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Full Class 1 Driver Licence
• Working at Heights experience is an advantage, but not essential
• Site Safe Passport is beneficial, but not essential
• Training can be provided for the right candidate
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
