What you’ll be doing:

• Operating excavators, loaders, dozers, rollers, and other heavy machinery
• Earthworks, site preparation, and civil construction activities
• Trenching, grading, and material movement
• Reading and working to site plans and levels
• Carrying out routine machine checks and basic maintenance
• Working safely around crews and site traffic management systems

 
What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience operating heavy machinery in civil construction or earthmoving environments
• Relevant machine operating tickets/qualifications (UK or equivalent preferred)
• Strong understanding of site safety and operating procedures
• Ability to pass pre-employment checks (drug test and criminal history check)
• Recent work references
• Strong work ethic and reliability on site
