What you'll be doing
- Assisting qualified builders on residential and commercial sites
- Measuring, cutting, and assembling building materials
- General carpentry support including framing, formwork, and fit-out
- Site preparation and keeping worksites safe and organised
- Loading and unloading materials, handling tools and equipment
- Following health and safety procedures on site
- Solid Hammerhand experience on residential and/or commercial sites
- Confident using hand and power tools with good site awareness
- Own basic tools and ready to get stuck in
- Reliable, hardworking, and a strong team player
- Physically fit and able to handle a full day on site
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
- Clean Ministry of Justice (MOJ) check
- Weekly pay, on time every time
