Your day-to-day will include:
- Framing & Formwork: Setting the skeleton for future homes.
- Cladding & Lining: Ensuring every board is flush and every finish is crisp.
- Decking & Retaining: Crafting outdoor spaces that handle the Taupo elements.
- Site Management: Assisting with setup, logistics, and maintaining a safe, efficient workspace.
- Proven Experience: At least 2+ years of experience on-site as a Hammerhand.
- The Gear: You own a reliable vehicle and your own basic tool kit (cordless drills, hand tools, etc.).
- Attitude: A "no-nonsense" approach to work and a commitment to arriving on time, every time.
- Health & Safety Focus: You understand that a clean site is a safe site.
- The Right to Work: Current NZ work rights and a valid Driver’s License are essential.
