We’re looking for reliable and hardworking Hammerhands to join busy residential construction teams across Tauranga. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid site experience who’s keen to secure ongoing work with supportive crews and reputable companies.

Location: Tauranga
Start date: Immediate
Pay rate: $28–$32 per hour (paid weekly) 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting carpenters on residential builds and renovations
• Basic framing, fit-out, and construction labouring
• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Site clean-up and material handling
• Supporting trades and maintaining workflow on site
• Following health and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Previous hammerhand or construction experience
• Confident using hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Reliable transport and valid driver licence
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Site Safe preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Physically fit and reliable
