The Role: What You’ll Be DoingYou will be taking charge of late-model, well-maintained machinery, executing precision cuts, and delivering flawless finishes.

• Precision Finishing: Executing final trim work, sub-base leveling, and structural layers.
• Civil & Infrastructure Projects: Working on a diverse pipeline of local projects, from road rehabilitation to large-scale commercial earthworks.
• Tech-Forward Operation: Utilizing integrated GPS and UTS guidance systems to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
• Safety Leadership: Keeping yourself and the crew around your machine safe every single day.

What You Bring to the CabYou know your way around a job site and have the track record to prove it.

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience operating a grader within civil construction or road maintenance.
• The Tickets: Class 2 or 4 New Zealand Driver’s License with valid Wheels, Tracks, and Rollers (WTR) endorsements.
• The Blueprint Eye: Ability to understand site levels, read civil plans, and work comfortably with GPS layouts.
• The Right Attitude: Reliable, proud of your work, and ready to contribute to a tight-knit crew that values quality.
