Grader Operator

Grader Operator – Waikato
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Grader Operator to join a busy civil crew in the Waikato. If you’ve got solid grader experience and are happy to turn your hand to other machinery and labouring when needed, this is a great opportunity to get stuck into a variety of work.
What’s on offer:

• $38 – $40 per hour (depending on experience)
• Ongoing work with a reputable company
• Diverse role across multiple machines and tasks

What you’ll be doing:

• Operating a grader on civil and earthworks projects
• Jumping on other machinery when required (roller, loader, bobcat, etc.)
• Assisting with labouring duties when needed
• Supporting the wider team to keep projects running smoothly

What we need from you:

• Valid WTR endorsements
• Proven experience operating a grader
• Experience on other machinery (roller, loader, bobcat)
• Solid background in civil/earthworks
• Class 2 or 4 licence is a bonus
• GPS experience is a bonus
• Willingness to help out across the site, including labouring
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-focused
