Forklift Operator
Tradestaff is looking for an experienced Forklift Operator to join a busy operation in South Auckland. We need someone confident across different forklift environments who can move stock accurately, work efficiently around racking and dispatch areas, and maintain safe operating standards throughout the shift.

Pay rate: $27–$29 per hour + weekly pay

Tradestaff is looking for an experienced Forklift Operator to join a busy operation in South Auckland. We need someone confident across different forklift environments who can move stock accurately, work efficiently around racking and dispatch areas, and maintain safe operating standards throughout the shift.

Pay rate: $27–$29 per hour + weekly pay
What You'll Be Doing
- Operate Counterbalance and Reach forklifts safely and efficiently
- Load and unload trucks and incoming deliveries
- Move stock between storage, dispatch, and production areas
- Place and retrieve products accurately within racking systems
- Prepare and position stock for dispatch and collection
- Complete routine forklift checks and report equipment issues
- Follow site procedures while working around vehicles, pedestrians, and warehouse operations
- Previous hands-on experience operating both Counterbalance and Reach forklifts, with a current F endorsement – all three are essential
- Confident handling loads and manoeuvring forklifts in busy operating environments
- Good awareness of safe loading, unloading, and materials-handling practices
- Able to work accurately around stock, racking, and dispatch areas
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working as part of a busy team
- Strong focus on workplace health and safety
- Potential for ongoing work
- Varied materials-handling responsibilities
