Team Leader

Our client recently had a role open up within their business for a team leader to install height safety equipment. This New Zealand owned company is a specialist in design and installation of height safety requirement on projects from bulk warehouse to residential, industrial and commercial buildings. 

They are looking for a team leader to help look up their south island projects. This role will require you to travel and work away from home. This is a temp to permanent position for the right candidate. You will be on an hourly wage where you will receive LAFHA when you work away. If a project requires you to be away for a few weeks, you will be brought home at intermittent stages of the project. 

To be successful in this role you must have:

• background in construction - fabrication or building
• no fears to working at heights
• worked with stainless steel and aluminium previously 
• have skills in TIG welding 
• site safe - advantageous but not necessary 
• have experience working at heights and be even more adventageous if you held current relevant tickets such working @ heights or EWP or Heights and harness - the succesful canddiate will be trained in all tickets
