Farm Hand – Chicken Catching | South Waikato

We’re looking for reliable and hardworking Farm Hands to join our team working across chicken farms in the South Waikato.
This role involves catching and handling chickens, so you’ll need to be comfortable working around poultry and happy with hands-on, physical work.
About the role:

• Catching and handling chickens on poultry farms
• Day and night shifts depending on requirements
• Work based across the South Waikato
• Casual/on-call work – shifts can be sporadic and offered as required
• Great for anyone looking for consistent casual work and flexibility
• Physical, fast-paced work as part of a team

What we’re looking for:

• Reliable and able to turn up when you commit to a shift
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
• Comfortable working around chickens
• Flexible with day and night shift availability
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Own reliable transport is an advantage

No previous farm experience is necessary – a good attitude, reliability and willingness to work are what matter most.
