Facilities Maintenance Co-ordinator

A perfect placement for a tradie looking to apply their knowledge away from site.
 
For someone who enjoys interaction, responsibility and solving problems. Who can wrangle a computer and a skill saw all while engaging H&S in every day.
 
Our client is needing assistance for an 8 week period as a minimum- starting yesterday.
 
This is a serious role that requires your application, yet in a flexible temp position, not locking you in permanently.
 
Skills required:

• A trades background (be it plumber, sparkie, builder or other)
• Computer literacy
• A people person
• Application of H&S on the job
• Attention to detail

 
This is a wonderful opportunity for someone wanting to work in a busy environment looking after the ongoing maintenance of an important building in Queenstown.

The daily tasks require you to:
 

• Log jobs & PON's with contractors
• Be able to fix up smaller maintenance issues
• Ensure works are carried out safely
• On the fly maintenance checks & scheduled
• Follow up to ensure jobs are done
• Be friendly & helpful to customers

 
An EWP licence would be icing on the cake!
 
8 weeks commitment is needed. Mon-Fri, 40 hour working week.
